DESIGN
AGREEMENT.

1. The individual client is required to liaise with Soh Studios prior to the commencement of their working relationship, providing a brief on what they are willing to achieve. The brief should include clear and concise inspiration images, as well as a relatively detailed description including any information that may be of importance or significance to the overall design process.

2. Creative working relationships have to be very dynamic between both parties. New or different designs and creations are thought of, and as a result of this, if workload increases and the scope of the product/s delivered changes value, renegotiations between both parties will have to take place.

3. All quotes include 3 revisions of a design concept. Revisions are made on the chosen concept. Once client has approved the final artwork and has received their files any additional changes made after will incur a fee which will be charged at an hourly rate of $80 per hour.

4. A fee of $30 will be charged to resend design files if misplaced. (Please note - Soh Studios will store final electronic files for a maximum of 6 months).

6. The individual or business agrees to pay 50% of total project costs, as outlined and discussed, prior to the commencement of product/s being delivered. The balance of the payment is to be paid once all work is finalised and received, as agreed upon by both parties.

7. Final product/s will be delivered only once the balance of the payment has been received in full.

8. Payment must be received within 14 days of the date of invoice (unless negotiations have been made).  

9. All prices are in Australian Dollars (AUD). The prices indicated on the Site may change at any time without advance notice to you.  If you’ve purchased our products or services, it will be charged at the price in force at the time a customer’s order is validated.
